BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – Cocoa Beach police detectives arrested Tevin Allen of Titusville on one count of Indecent Exposure in connection with an incident that occurred at Alan Shepard Park, located at 200 East Cocoa Beach Causeway.

The incident occurred on March 2 at approximately 11:33 a.m.

An adult female victim reported that she encountered Allen on the boardwalk with his pants down while he was masturbating.

A police spokesman said the suspect allegedly made eye contact with the victim and directed a lewd comment to her.

The victim’s boyfriend arrived moments later, prompting Allen to flee into the parking lot before leaving the area in a black SUV.
