Message from Sheriff Wayne Ivey
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Over the last several months, the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit (SIU) conducted an investigation into the drug-dealing activities of Victoria Sinclair and her residence located at 409 A Lane in Cocoa.
The investigation ultimately led to a search warrant being conducted yesterday, and the pictures speak for themselves.
After our SWAT team did some slight home renovations and made entry to the house, our SIU Agents went to work.
Inside the residence 4 firearms were located including handguns and an AR-15, one of which was reported stolen.
Of course, Sinclair, is already a convicted felon and shouldn’t be in possession of any firearms, or for that matter, anything else that was located in her house.
The search continued and revealed approximately 162g of cocaine, approximately 20g of meth, approximately 80g of Alprazolam pills, approximately 14g of Oxycodone pills, approximately 16g of Hydrocodone pills and last but not least, approximately 418g of suspected cannabis.
So basically the place should have been called “Sinclair’s Pharmacy” but if it was it would now say…”Out Of Business!”
As a result of the investigation, Sinclair took a ride to Ivey’s Iron Bar Lodge, where she is no stranger, for 4 counts of Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, Trafficking in Cocaine, Trafficking in Oxycodone, Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Alprazolam without a Prescription, Possession of Hydrocodone without a Prescription and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
She was booked on a “No Bond” status by our Agents and ideally that’s where she will stay since she has been given chance after chance to obey the law and just simply refuses to do so.
Folks, it’s pretty simple: if you follow the law and aren’t a criminal, then there’s no reason for us to come to your house. But if you want to be a criminal and push poison on the streets of Brevard, you’d better believe it’s only a matter of time before the SWAT team is rearranging your front door and tearing your playhouse down.
I want to thank our Special Investigations Unit for their ongoing efforts at this house that disrupts not only the neighbors, but the community as a whole. On top of that, more drugs and guns are off the streets and out of the hands of this criminal.
