New York Man Sentenced to 54 Years in Prison for Sex, Phone Videos with Runaway Teen in Titusville

Devin White has been sentenced to 54 years in prison for recording cellphone videos of sexual acts involving a 13-year-old runaway in Titusville. 

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Devin White has been sentenced to 54 years in prison for recording cellphone videos of sexual acts involving a 13-year-old runaway in Titusville.

Convicted at trial by prosecutors Sara Flenniken and Dakota Fraley, the Bronx, NY, man will be eligible for release sometime around his 95th birthday.

A Brevard County jury found White, 41, guilty in October of lewd and lascivious battery plus two felony charges for each of the 11 videos recovered from his mobile phone and presented as evidence.

He was arrested May 13, 2025, after Titusville Police received an emergency call about him arguing with the girl near his rented silver Dodge Charger at a gas station.

Officers discovered a sex toy and other signs of a sexual encounter inside the parked car.

The girl told police White had picked her up on a beach near Hollywood, Florida, and offered to drive her to Kissimmee. She said White had given her MDMA, also known as ecstasy or Molly, and officers discovered more of the drug in the car.

White faced a potential life sentence at his Jan. 12 hearing based on his conviction on 24 felony counts:

– One count of lewd or lascivious battery
– 11 counts of promoting sexual performance by a child
– 11 counts of possession of material depicting sexual conduct by a child
– One count of possession of methamphetamine.
