BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA — Two men accused of carrying out a string of commercial and residential burglaries across Cocoa in 2025 are now in custody, Cocoa Police announced Tuesday.

According to the Cocoa Police Department, detectives arrested Brandon Hall, 27, and Charles Hudson, 46, in connection with a months-long series of thefts that targeted local businesses and at least one residence.

Both suspects are facing multiple felony charges, including burglary, grand theft, dealing in stolen property, and possession of burglary tools, along with other related offenses.

Investigators say the crime spree stretched from April through December 2025, during which Hall and Hudson allegedly broke into several businesses and a home on Slippery Rock Drive.

Among the businesses victimized were Tractor Supply and Strickland Brothers, both of which reported significant losses.

Police said the suspects stole a wide range of high-value items, including minibikes, ATVs, golf carts, and tools. Detectives believe many of the stolen items were sold on the street. Some of the property has since been recovered, though authorities have not yet released an inventory of what has been returned.

The arrests came after detectives pursued multiple investigative leads and obtained video evidence showing the suspects allegedly committing several of the burglaries.

Through continued follow-up, investigators established probable cause linking Hall and Hudson to at least five separate burglaries, police said.

“This was a lengthy and detailed investigation,” Cocoa police officials noted, adding that the work of detectives was instrumental in identifying and apprehending the suspects.

The investigation remains active, and police say additional charges could be filed if more cases are connected to the two men.

Anyone who believes their property may have been stolen by the suspects, or who has additional information regarding the burglaries, is encouraged to contact the Cocoa Police Department.
